ABOUT MCI

MCI have a long history within the Commercial Installation industry. It’s been in the family for over 40 years. This vast experience has given us an understanding of the processes and the way things are done. Over the years we have learnt a lot about what makes a good project work with integration and collaboration. We understand that outsourcing any aspect of your company’s operations comes with a certain degree of risk and we aim to ensure that putting your faith in an external provider is not just cost effective, but also hassle free.

Efficient.

Our aim of providing the most comprehensive service possible has pushed us to regularly review and improve our processes. This has resulted in a state of the art job management software which helps us to ensure that our installers have all of the information they require. Our system then accurately tracks and records all labour along with collecting detailed notes from supervisors and management outlining the progress of the project and flagging any problems as they arise. Finally, upon completion, all details are checked by management and an email package is generated which contains an accurate breakdown of all costs, along with a debrief and photos of the finished project.

We understand that it is important for our customers to maintain their reputation. Therefore, it is company policy that employees come to work in a clean company uniform and clean vehicles; conduct themselves politely and professionally around all involved; and leave every job finished, clean and defect free.
